That is..really frightening. What’s worse, the fact that they’re considering building this thing means that we’ve essentially lost already. They’re giving off the impression that we’ve given up and global warming is inevitable, which is really scary because they’re, more or less, thinking of fail safe surviving methods, instead of actively trying to stop global warming and being proactive about it.
