One of the most challenging things to reacquaint myself with out here in the “real world” (a.k.a., not Dancing Rabbit) has been the food. I became really used to being able to eat fresh, whole, organic foods at every meal, but out here, it’s much more challenging.

Dancing Rabbit on the news
Sometime shortly before I departed for NJ, a news crew showed up at Dancing Rabbit to do a spot for a local news station, Fox 2 news in St. Louis, Missouri. Thankfully, the spot is now available online. I think they did a pretty good job, overall.

I have been in NJ for a week and a half. There was nearly zero shock upon re-entering this environment. I guess I’m not so surprised — after all, I have lived here all my life up until April.
